I was just reading the comment for shaohao's MusicDJ plug-in which is rated 1 with this comment:
i think this is very bad because it has not got a picture of it so it could be a virusOkay the reason to "suspect" this as virus is kind of lame (anybody could make a dialog and post a picture of it) but the concern is something I have thought about my self when uploading my plug-ins.

If someone downloads a plug-in from the QCD site with a virus it could be bad publicity for QCD. So Id like if plug-ins somehow could be tested for virus when they are added to the upload/update queue. (I dont know if this is possible on your server.)

So what do you guess think? Anyone afraid of getting virus from downloading a plug-in?

So Id like if plug-ins somehow could be tested for virus when they are added to the upload/update queue. Isn't this already one important function of the queue? My impression is that all the plug-ins are tested by Paul before moving from the queue to the plug-in page. I would assume this includes checking for viruses, ad-ware, etc. otherwise Paul's machine would get corrupted...
