QCD Nero 6

It's exactly the same as the existing Nero plugin, but for Nero Version 6.
I think the Data mode does not work, but I only noticed it after posting it on the download list ! I will fix it later next week; the rest of it seems to work OK (audio CDs).

Update : version 1.1.0.56
- fixed the data problem
- support cd text : automatically write the artist/title
data as read by QCD.
