Is there a way I can set up a hotkey to restore focus to the player when it has been lost, please? My main concern is that when I go to raise or lower the playback volume (not the Windows master volume) using the up or down arrow keys on my keyboard, sometimes I have first to mouse-click on the player to restore focus to it. This partly defeats the object of being able to control the player via the keyboard. I don't see a `restore focus' or `activate' command in the Quinnware HotKeys plugin v.1.21 config. Some other programs (such as Rainlendar) have such a command available with which to associate a hotkey. Many thanks!

i don't think QCD has this natively, but it can be done through windows power pro (www.windowspowerpro.com) or perhaps some other scripting program.

creating a shortcut key for the windows shortcut icon didn't work, i tried it. it starts QCD but if it's already started, it doesn't refocus QCD.

Drew, thanks for responding. Pending any possible native QCD developments, I've been able easily to set up a hotkey for the mouse click on the player using my macro program (MacroMaker, a sort of lower-level but still very effective equivalent of PowerPro), which I use for many other Windows functions.
