On Startup - Add CD tracks to playlist

Would it be possible for the option in the CD config that adds the tracks to the playlist on startup to not add them if they are duplicates? Because it loads the current.m3u and then adds the tracks and they duplicate.

Also remove duplicates mixes the duplicate songs out of order.

Say I include a CD twice, if I press remove duplicates, the remaining songs will not be in the correct order of the CD.
