B68 pops error on shutdown

Since installing b68, whenever I shut down QCD I get an error dialog. Once this even crashed my system. The "Error Report Contents" window states that:
The following files will be included in this error report:
...\Temp\WER2.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt
if that is of any help. Is there any other info from the error report that might be useful?

I'm using WinXP Home/SP1 on an AMD 2100 system with the nForce2 motherboard providing the sound.
I use the crossfader and the MAD plugin. I've set QCD not to load the video or encoder plugins (though they are installed).

Anyone else having this problem?

It haven't crashed on shutdown for me. Im using standard input and simple directsound out.

Test without the MAD plugin first to see if it is that.

Hmm... It actually looks it might be something to do with my MeterzPak plugin.

Is anyone that's using MeterzPak 0.8.4-b67 having this problem? (And with which QCD build?) I hope not, as that would mean I introduced the problem since the release... :)
