I just downloaded the player for the first time. When I pop in a new CD, I get the little GraceNote logo animation, but then the message bar says "Could not lookup CD information without CDDB registration". When I press the buttom that reads "More New Disc info here!" I get a popup that tells me to put a new CD in my drive. I've tried this with several popular CDs. I certainly have Internet access (hence this email), and my firewall is configured to allow the player access. When I start the player (even after a full reboot) it doesn't ask me to register with CDDB; I've never seen a registration dialog. I'm running Windows 2000 on an IBM laptop. Any help would be appreciated!
