OS: WinXP Pro SP2
A couple of times recently I've gotten QMP into state where I can't clear the playlist using <Shift>-<Delete>. I thought that the last time this happened I was still able to do a <Shift>-<Insert> to add files, but I forgot to check it when it happened just now. If I close QMP and re-open it, <Shift>-<Delete> works as expected. It's not a huge deal, of course, just annoying.
