I found the bug from v4.11, and still in b67, b68.
1. Right click player's main skin to show the main menu.
2. Select "Preferences" from the main menu and open the preferences dialog box.
3. Change your language from English to others such as simplified chinese.
4. Save and close.
bug. Now, right the title bar on windows' task bar to show player's system menu, pointer to "QCD Menu"-> and-- you see, everything is still in English not in Chinese. The change only apply to when you restart QCD.
