On CD Insert settings ignored?

I don't remember seeing this with b118 or prior, but I can't say for sure. On the CD Loading Settings preferences page (System Integration -> File Associations -> Configure actions on CD insert....) under "On CD Insert" I have the following:

x Add tracks to Play Queue
o Include data CDs
x Add only if Play Queue is empty
o Clear Play Queue before adding (dimmed)
o Only if not currently playing (dimmed)
x Play added tracks
o Only if not currently playing (dimmed)

Where 'x' is checked and 'o' is not. If I have MP3s playing and I insert a CD (to rip via a separate program) the CD tracks are pre-pended to the play list and they start playing immediately.

Seems like a bug to me.....
