Change your output plugin to direct sound - It doen't work with waveout plugin.

I think that harumscarum is correct.

The equalizer is not working on any of my computers, regardless of the Playback Plug-in. :ermm:

It works with the xfade directsound plugin for sure! Here at least...

You are correct. It does work with the CrossFading DirectSound Plug-in.
But not with Simple DirectSound or WaveOut.

Hello,

In qmp 119 go to menu "Plug-ins". Click on MP3 Config. Then go to "Other". Activate the check box "Use internal equalizer". And, yes, it works fine! At least under MS VISTA Home Premium.
