I took a copy of Matt's development testing skin of MMD3, unzipped it, and replaced the tickerfont.bmp in the common/winshade folder with a font I liked better. THe problem is that if I zip it again, rename it to .qsk OR .qsf, QCD won't recognize the skin anymore (it doesn't show up in the skin browser). Can someone help? Thanks.
