QMP 116 MP3 Encoder

Hello.
I have installed the QMP 116 Player with all features. But the MP3 Enocder doesn't work. In the Option "Encoder Settings" QMP show the Message "invalid dll". If i select the mp3.dll or the lame.dll, QMP don't accepted this files for MP3 Encoding.

here try this.(extract it!) Insert it in the qmp plugin folder and then select it with qmp
