International character in oggs

Hello,

I have some ogg files with 8-bit international characters. It looks like QMP beta 116 is confused and prevents me from playing such ogg files. The comments of those files are displayed uncorrectly.

I have a number of files with oddball characters, and b116 handles them just fine. Is your problem maybe an operating system setting that does not display international characters? I also use mostly oggs that I have ripped myself.

UTF-8 or some crazy encoding that breaks the standard format?
