Volume do not increase

Volume do not increase in build 115/116 by mouse wheel scroll up when the cursor is on the volume bar in main window. Rotating mouse wheel, volume increase by 0% - 15% and then stop.

Try hovering the mouse where it says 'vol:' instead of above the slider.

Has not helped. But volume decreasing in the same conditions work correctly.
