There seems to be a problem with high track number MP3 tags and the Intellimix function.
After adding a track tagged with a very high track number (13333333 instead of 13 in this case) QMP used up all the RAM / created a 2GB swap file, and then the Intellimix feature stopped working. Removing this single track from the media library, manually correcting the MP3 tag, then restarting QMP and adding the file to the library again solved the problem.
Using QMP B115 (Feb 12th 2007)
