Overlapping buttons on overlapping extensions

There are three overlapping extensions having identical form. On each extensions there are similar buttons at the same area. The result is working buttons at first extension and empty areas at other while first extension is closed.

Is any way to solve this problem?

I suspect me have to create another extension that will contains this buttons and will open and close synchronously with every extensions? But i don't know how to do this.
