What do you know about CD / DVD labelers? I've been using the sticky labels sheets.
However change is in the air, and I'm not sure which way to go while looking for a new color photo printer.

Labels that stick to CDs vs. Inkjet direct printable vs. Light-Scribe?:puzzled:

I know about dot pitch etc., but what about those that allow printable CD/DVDs?
Anybody know if it's a good thing to invest in, or should I buy a Light Scribe CD/DVD writer drive(they don't do color though - do they?)?
If I go with Light Scribe then I'm not buying a printer that does inkjet direct CD printing. But I am buying a new printer one way or another.

Does anybody have any experience with these labelers?

I know the media is a little more expensive. But they really hold up well. The sticky labels can be a problem sometimes.

Any comments are welcome, thanks~

I'm pretty happy with my Epson Stylus Photo R300, which allows you to print directly onto CD/DVDs. The current version of this printer is the R340, though I think the lower-end R220 also does it.

You are correct sir!
I was just looking at those two yesterday. Also I was looking at an HP that did the same. And another HP (7360) that has a 3.4" touchscreen, but doesn't do CDs. It's price was the lowest that I've seen by 20 bucks. $139.00, (Retail supposedly 199.00) so it is tempting me.
The R340 is $129.00. I may go with that, now that you are slightly pushing me off that side of the fence!
I'll give it a day to see more comments.
Thanks~
