So I was wondering if there is an updated document on how to skin the media library because I can't find anything in the PDF document in the devzone. is there anyone out there that has a tutorial or something for it, since it seems like a lot of people use it.

Other than that link i'm afraid you're just going to have to learn from other skins. Check Shrex hint hint ;)
