Skin Ready to upload!!!

Well I'm ready to upload my skin. Still has a few things to work out, and would like some feedback. I've got all the files together and zipped it into a .qsk file. and went to the submit page, entered all the information and for some reason it doesn't want to upload. I get the "page cannot be displayed" page.

Any Ideas?

I'd really like to get it out there.
