EH...
Just wondering .when setting up fonts in the charset.ini., is it possible to set the shadow "color" yet. I have looked for documentation on this ,but only found that it may be implemented in the future. Also is there any plan of, a complete set of updated documentation for QMP?

Don't know about the shadow thing, but updated documentation was planned to be released along with b112, so hopefully we will get that with the next release.

"shadow colour" ... That would be nice but i dont see it being implemented in the near future...
Colored shadows is seemingly a simple request, but I haven't implemented it because it introduces some complication due to the way text is drawn in QCD.
Text is basically an alpha map applied on top of the background with a single color for the text. The shadow is just a manipulation of this alpha map. During drawing of the text the routine can't tell the difference between the 'text' and the 'shadow' - it's all just bits on the same bitmap. So coloring the shadow proves tricky. I'm sure there is a decent solution, I'm just preferring to budget my time for other features.

Thanks for the great response. I'm currently working on a skin that, if i could color the shadow in the track font, disc font etc., it would help.To work around it though, I set up the track fonts with the color I'd like, gave them a shadow, then colored the fonts, on the buttons, the same with the same shadow and shadow color,so the tracks and the butttons match. Its not really great, but works. I can see why Its hard for the two to be seperated, occupying the same space and all. Thanks again.
