How To Fix Media Library

I have lost the contents of my Media Library and cannot get it back. If I click on Add to Library > Add Folder of Files, it only imports two video files, but nothing else. All my mp3s are ignored.
I have tried reinstalling and also deleting my Media Library folder and reinstalling, but without success. Is there an easy way to fix this?

What build are you using? Maybe installing an older build helps?

Make sure the search field is empty and hit enter .. that might bring it up, it sometimes works for me.

Or open the sidebar on the left .. does it say there are no files? Trying clicking on "All"

OK. I have done a clean install. Couldn't waste any more time on it.
