its kinda sad...
the first one was started as a collab with l-courni but soon he had not enough time...
the second is dead cause i think it looks too much like mmd
the third is dead cause the project it was made for (you know the one where you had to make a skin for a song) is dead

i'd hate to see the 3rd one go to waste because it's different from many other QCD skins. depending on how you work, this could save you a significant amount of time: http://beta.quinnware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=510
maybe worth a try?

was worth a try cause it reminded me of the days when i was playin around with borlands c++ builder 1 :D (but i was never very good in coding ;) )
but i couldnt load a bitmap... i guess the answer is very easy, but how do i get it click-able? (all 3 buttons (yes two of them arent buttons i know :D ) are deactivated  )

I have to disagree about the second one looking too much like MMD. Maybe only in the most basic way do they look alike, and I think that you should feel free to continue work on it.

What about db-150? The one that someone called "Bird Brain."

it reminds me of the days i used Delphi 1 at school. except now there are so many more components to use and more information available about how to do things. less headbanging is good in this sense :)
it loads the bitmap for the tab selected (the ones on the bottom - Preview, Map, Normal, etc.) you can't load a bitmap into the Preview tab because it is the output from the map and state images. so to load a bitmap for state 1 (normal), click on the Normal tab, then right click and load bitmap from a file. then repeat for states 2-4 (hover, click, down tabs).
or alternatively, if you name your files like the sample files in the zip file and put them in the folder with the skin tool, you can use the Load Default Bitmaps option and it will load them into the proper places with only one click.

yeah, i haven't figured out why it's so slow yet. i thought a quick sort would help when it's trying to match colors, but it didn't.
