Ok, this build is about two weeks late (in my mind). There are still a number of items dangling that I will complete for the next build, but I doubt anyone will notice them. Either way, this should be a large improvement in stability and performance over previous versions.

Enjoy!

Build 109 didn't work for me, but 110 is just flying: faster, more stable. Nice! Thank u!

Peace out!

And the hits just keep on comin'

My new machine had "issues" with b109. Can't wait to get home and test the neighbors patience and tolerance.

I posted a couple of bug reports for it... It so pity that functionality that was workin even in b104 is broken now. I wanna be a beta-tester. I know what are regression testing, field testing and system testing :silly:

Regression testing is the necessary one even for beta versions. It's not beta testing - you just have to be sure that new changes didn't broke existing functionality. I suppose simple test suits can guarantee that basic functionality is still workin

Yeah, you’re right. QMP suffers from new code breaking old functionality quite often.

Excellant! I have been a long time user of QCD. I switched to winamp a while back because it offered the internet streaming Radio stations. This was mainly because I dont have mp3's on my work PC.

I noticed the new 110 build the other day and saw that it had Streaming radio. YAY! I am back to QCD now QMP!

Keep up the good work.

BTW... How do you add a radio station? You only have 30 Shoutcast ones listed and I know there are lots more, including my favorite, Radio Nigel (also at radioNigel.com)

Welcome to the forum. 30 channels of radio is Shoutcast's fault. Paul said he would attack the problem with a revised ML.dll in b111 (I hope).

Yeah, Shoutcast changed the format of the list they send to music players just after b110 was released. It affected pretty much all players with a Shoutcast lister other than the very latest version of WinAMP.

You can still use QMP's Icecast lister, though. :)
