View Full Version : treble/bass (unsuported by soundcard)
I get an (unsuported by soundcard) bubble when I try to mess with the bass and treble, but I have an Audigy card with many features, which I'm sure can support a simple bass/treble balance... is there a plug-in I need or a quick fix to this? thanks.

I know that i've got a creative labs soundblaster 16 isa card lying around somewhere that does support it. But anyways who still uses an isa card? In any case the cmedia soundchips dont support it either, i guess it must be an old feature or something. :)
I had this same problem before, try updating your drivers.

running creative/soundblaster cards with drivers installed by windows usually results in this behavior. after letting pc's auto-update thru windows update I ran into this.
download and installation of proper drivers from your products website is always
a good idea. drivers acquired thru windows update is a hit or miss situation.

hmmm... I checked Creatives support page, and no new drivers for my card... I have also yet to do a Windows update, so it couldnt be that... oh well.. not a huge deal.. the EQ still works.
