When I look at my upload statistics and change "View downloads counts from:"-dropdownmenu, the page looks very strange and distorted. It changes everytime i change option in the drop-down menu. Sometimes it's distorted even on the first load. I use Opera 7.21.

Works fine in IE (like always). :D

Could you post a screenshot?

wow, your devzone does look like hell in Opera. I'll look into it and see if its a bug or an IE forgivness bug.

Sometimes IE forgives coding errors when it shouldn't... and sometimes there are bugs in software (i have had issues with Opera in hte past). I'll keep you posted.

I also tested with firebird 0.7, it looks good, but not perfect. If you look very close you see that the borders are a little displaced. It's not as much as in opera, but it's not impossible that is is the same bug.

I've noticed the borders displaced sometimes in Mozilla 1.4. When I've seen this, the "body" part of the page will be wider than the "header" part -- the header in this case including the "Quintessential Player" banner and Home/Tour/Downloads/etc buttons. This is not restricted to "Your DevZone", in fact the borders are displaced right now, on the page I'm writing this posting on, a good deal more than they are in "Your Devzone". Also, the displacement in "Your DevZone", occurs for me only on the Plug-ins tab, not the Skins tab. Could this have anything to do with there being an entry in the table on the Plug-ins tab? I've also noticed that gaps appear in the dark grey are surrounding the header controls (i.e. Quick Task, and the "Private Messages" link), but I assumed it was a problem with the browser.

i found the problem.... IE and Firebird render the buttons differently. Thank god they both have good CSS support.

man x-platform ain't fun!

It looks ok with firebird now, but it's still looking strange in Opera 7.21.

hmmm its a little fishy because if you refresh the page in opera it looks fine. first time = crap.. refresh and it looks good

I'm guessing thats a bug.

Yeah, you are probably right. It's not really a big issue, it usually looks good first time I load, but sometimes when i update it looks strange, but it's very rare, and all I need to do is to update again. I will check out the opera-forums to see if it is a known bug.

I've upgraded to Mozilla 1.5. The body area is still wider than the header area on some pages. But, of course, this is not a big deal...

Another trivial detail is that the list for the font dropdown above the post message text area shifts a pixel to the right at the edge of the text area.
