Development Build 108

I had to step up the release of this build due to a new issue that started today with one of the Gracenote Controls. But besides that, it was a good time to release anyway. Some long promised features are finally in this one.

Regarding the Gracenote bug:
A change in their service has caused the beta version of their Gracenote Playlist SDK to go into an infinite loop. If you find that Playlist never finishes initializing and CPU usage is at 100%, this issue has surfaced. You will need to update QMP to build 108 to remedy.

Cool. I posted some news around on it. I probably should have called it QMD though. That slipped by me. All I really saw was "February 28th, 2006" and "skin colorization engine". ^.^; I'll make note of the change next time.
