Como faço para criar um skin???

Hey... tipow... eu tô querendo criar alguns skins pro Quintessential em português, tipow... só consegui achar i idioma em português, mas não achei nenhum skin, ai por isso quero saber como se faz, que assim fica até mais fácil...

Acho que os guias para fazer skins so existem em inglês... os skins não são traduzidos, os idiomas que estas a falar so se aplicam aos menus (axo eu).

Jefferson here wants to make a skin but we was hoping he could get a skinning doc in Portuguese... there is only an english skinning doc right?
I was thinking to myself that if there is really a need for the skinning doc in other languages I wouldn't mind making a translation to portuguese... (other users could contribute making translations to other languages)
I don't know... what do you guy's think?
