Minor nit - system message for Resize

This is incredibly minor, but since I noticed it I thought I'd post it. Normally all system messages like 'stop', 'add music', etc. are all lower case. However, the new 'Resize' is initial capped.

to get around this I make charset.bmp all caps lately for system message. thanks to your font maker it goes FAST

That's a clever idea - I hadn't thought of doing that before!
