I wounder, does it exist an Encode plug-in to encode audio into *.cda? Who does it know?
.cda is actually just a placeholder that Windows shows you to give you something to click on. The file itself doesn't actually exist.
If you're looking to burn CDs via QCD, try the Nero plugin.
