Hey guys, im having trouble getting the equaliser to work. I checked every pixel but cant find the problem. Below you can see for yourself. Does anyone have an idea of what i could be doing wrong? Thanks! :)

check the dimensions on your map for eq slider #2 (bg size and button size) -- i'll bet one's at least a pixel off. it looks like qcd is treating it like a rotational slider, which in turn messes up where it looks for final image positioning for the rest of the sliders. but the problem lies in the map size for slider #2.
now, when i say map size it may even be due to a stray pixel of color #2 down on the buttons even. to be absolutely sure, you might just want to paint them over again from scratch.

or.....double check the RBG values in the map section for slider 2 and after

I already checked that. That's not the problem. The colour coding is fine too. you can check that yourself, if you dont believe me. Man this is really annoying. Even the 1st slider doesnt show the image properly. But get this. I remove the 2nd slider and track completely and everything falls in place as it should. A qmp bug maybe?

can you post the actual .bmp file -- can't judge RGB on a jpeg.

It's allright. Fatal Error has offered me some help. I gave him the whole skin to look at because the eqset and map bitmaps are in order, yet the problem remains.
WHAT?

The problem is solved thanks to Fatal Error who spotted a wrong shade of yellow on the 1st equaliser slider (or was it track?). Yeah, skinning goes down to the pixel! I've learned that so far. And also to turn off antialiasing when making the buttons. Oh Christ what a nightmare to fix them when i've already made all the bitmaps ha ha :robot:
