I'll give ya points for originality, but not sure if it will be too popular because of it.
I personally like having a set colour to a skin, and I'm sure most people think the same way, but its always good to have something a little different too ;)

Love the "Now Playing" stick!
I have a love/hate relationship with the colors. Maybe 'cause it reminds me of clear cheap plastic, like I see in peoples yards around Easter time! And I hate that time of year for some odd reason. Allright, i'll add more colour modes when i've finished this version of the skin. I'm thinking of adding support for the media library too, later on. And if ya dont like all the colours, well there's no need in having all the windows open at one time. This is simply the 1st combination of colours that came to mind. If you are really interested tell me what other sets of colours you would like and i'll add them as additional colour modes. Remember, I intent this skin to be cheerful :)

I like the idea of multi colors, as to be different from everyone else's.
Lets say you give the option to change each module to the color you want! Then we can make the colors match our favorite ball team! I'm sure it's no big deal for a strapping young man as yourself to do so!

Do you realise how many buttons i would need to make then if i wanted say 4 colours? 4x5 buttons! Yikes!

Also there is a limited number of modes possible. I'm no expert skinner so i have no idea how to go about doing what you ask.

I dont think there is a new process. Just start making all the graphics in vectors so you can edit anything later on. Make the bitmaps and the colour-code maps where in both cases vectors come in handy too.

Perhaps fatal error could tell me if it is possible what you ask 'what?' (darn, couldn't you have thought of a different nickname? ;))

I'm making huge progress and it's looking prettier than ever, but i'm going to keep it secret until it's done, which should be soon enough (give or take 4 days).

Version 1 is complete but i think i'll do version 2 with different colours modes right away. I guess you guys will have to wait longer ;) But here (http://photobucket.com/albums/v405/RMI/my%20skin/) you can view the different modes. All the buttons on the single colour modes are still to be created. Anyway, what do you think? :ninja:

Im still working on the colour modes. Im kinda dicouraged because all the buttons are messed up because of anti-aliasing. Anyway i made minor adjustments to the now playing stick. Here is a preview:

Ive started over from scratch and this time i got it right. The buttons are so pretty, w00t! No worries with AA anymore. I promise that the skin shall be ready within the coming week. It's about time too :biggrin:
