Alas, yet another. More than 20,000 dead any many wounded. Pakistan sure got hit badly. It just proves how vulnerable we really are and how much we are at natures mercy. We can only hope for the best and send as much aid as possible. :(

I send my condolences.

And who was immediately on spot with aid?

America.

God Bless Her.

It's a good thing when countries can learn from past mistakes.

This wasn't a case of learning from past mistakes; this is how America has traditionally always been.

I understand what you are saying. America has always been at the forefront in offering aid to disasters that lie outside of it's borders...just slow (as of late) to respond in the same fashion within their borders.

That's an exception, not the norm. Besides, I do believe that problem was an Administration thing that won't likely survive the current one.

And Balty is right - let's keep this civil.

If it seemed as if I was being disrespectful...I assure you I wasn't. :) :) :)

It's just that we've had enough shooting on both sides and I don't want reignition.
