First, check the devzone (http://www.quinnware.com/devzone.php) for the PDK, which is the programming interface for QCD/QMP. Then you need a compiler/integrated development envitonment. In my opinion, the best is Microsot Visual C++, but if you want free, DevC++ is pretty good. After that, you'll have to figure it out, or someone can guide you.

Thanks, acozz!
I am wandering trough dev c++ and it's a little strange since i am a total noob, but i got myself some tutorials and some books and i hope i will learn some.
Now i want to ask if there is some one who actually build a plugin for qcd in dev c++. If there is please guide me to some on point tutorials and some real hard work (sick and tired of "Hello, world!")
Thanks for all the help!
