No tray icon, no task bar entry

Would it be possible to add an option to display no tray icon and nothing in the task bar? I have my player nicely minimal and out of the way but still accessible, so I have no need of either.

Hi Filofox .. welcome to the group. Have you tried going to Preferences > Settings > Tray Icon > No Tray Icon?

Actually, ace2701's suggestion would still leave you with QCD in the taskbar. Personally, I use show in system tray only, for the simple reason that I occasionally hit the minimize button on accident. When it's minimized to the tray, you can't alt+tab to it. Without the icon how would you get back to QCD in an emergency? Maybe a hotkey for show QCD / bring QCD to the front?

You're right Toe. I haven't used that configuration in so long, I forgot about the taskbar. I use "show icon in system tray only". Nothing in the taskbar, and an icon in the system tray. This setup is to my liking.
