You forgot to mention that this short lasting battery is not replacable. So if it runs out of juice and you're not near an outlet (And have your charger with you) you're stuck. Can't swap in a spare. And after a year or 2, it won't recharge much anymore and you have to buy a new iPod instead of just getting a new set of batteries from Radio Shack or something for 20$.

Funny how the iPod has such notoriety that people confuse my NEXia which is also white for an iPod! Ok, so it only lasts 8-10 hours on 2100mAh NiMH's but at least I can change the batts when it dies!

I ran out at the bus station on my way from work, just yanked the batteries out, put fully charged ones in and pushed Play.

Hey Blackspawn, watch out for Centrino based computers, if you need by any reason to use VPN connections you will not be able to do so with a Centrino based computer as far as I know.

I'm not sure if it has been fixed, likely they are shipping new chips that support VPN... just a word of advice.

Hmmm... Yeah. PC gaming sucks. I also have a 566mHz. Plus, PC sucks.

The cool thing about Xbox is the fact that you can use your own music rather than the (generally) horrible default music.

this may sound funny, but the reason why i dont like console games is because pc games can be lovely configured according to your needs (graphically/sound speaking). and to the needs of your machine. Having a 550 mhz machine doesn't stop me from playing computer games. Hell, some of the best games like worms world party and Unreal tournament run just fine :). Or maybe i just have an affinity to old games. Plus on a console, you play games. On a pc you can do anything :D.

It isn't good if the hardware is allmighty and you don't have plenty of games to play, is it? The XBox still can't match the PS / PS2 game library. And there's yet the PS3 to be seen which has been announced to support both formats.

But yes, console gaming is a lot cheaper than computer gaming... and Halo is a hell of game... I play it on my PC :) However I prefer Microsoft stuff on my PC. Eventually the XBox will crash or something...:D
