Hello,
QMP has a very useful feature - to adjust its own volume.
That's very handy for example when you want all the rest of sounds to be much louder (or quieter) than music/video playing on QMP.
But, I found that, when independent volume in QMP is adjusted to a very low level, all other sounds can run on as-before level. UNTIL: the slider on system volume control bar is touched with a mouse (just touched, not moved). QMP unexpectedly loses its previous low level sound and starts to play loud. All without moving a slider, on system volume control bar or on QMP.
I checked it on two systems with AC'97 cards installed on both. Is it hardware fault or is it a wanted feature?
