OK...hands up all of those who knew this post was coming...after I downloaded jv 16 PowerTools.

Here is the essence of my problem. I am attempting to reinstall NERO 6 from the disc, and regardless of which drive I choose I receive the message 'NeroWebEngine Application has encountered a problem and needs to close.'

I still have my SYMANTEC Disc so just to give as much information as I was able I tried loading it up. Well, that works fine.

Suggestions?

Edit: I don't know...seems to me that after using a computer for a while there is a certain 6th sense that begins to become a part of the experience.

Since the SYMANTEC Disc loaded just fine, that answered a number of questions I had...and I decided to visit the NERO site. I discovered a 'General CleanTool...and after downloading it and using it...including a RESTART...was able to install with no problems.

I would have simply removed this post...but was unable to...I guess there is a time limit with which to perform that action.

If you were looking forward to offering advice to this post...don't worry...I'm reasonably certain there will be more opportunities in the future.
