In a land where the government is owned lock, stock and barrel by big business? Where Hollywood and any two-bit special interest lobby group can either buy or blackmail the government ("do what we want or we'll raise a helluva stink!") into doing what it wishes?

In any event, nothing has changed. It's not as if this "ruling" is going to stop anything or "empower" anyone to do so.

It's business as usual:

Fat cats wasting money on lawsuits, people getting more pissed off at them and downloading anyway.
