Development Build PDK and Plugins

The PDK (Plugin Development Kit) for development builds will be released in this thread. The PDK in the DevZone will remain for the current release only.

Plug-ins developed for development builds will not be posted to Plugins section of the wesbite, but may be posted under the 'Development Build Plug-ins (http://www.quinnware.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=25)' forum. This is because resources for plug-ins will likely change over the course of development.

Note: Creating Language plug-ins based on the B70 PDK is not recommended!

Many resource changes are going to occur in the next few builds. I don't want all your translation efforts wasted on a version that lasts only a week.
