Extra option for icon in system tray ?

I dont think its possible but could u assign the mouse scrollwheel to volume up & down when hovering above icon in system tray ?

Because i dont think the above is possible here is another thought.
left mouse button pressed volume up
right mouse button pressed volume down

i dont use those other commands, clicking so many times on such an small icon is not my thing :)
