The 'extbuttonset.bmp' bug strikes again!

The old 'extbuttonset.bmp' instead of 'extbtnset.bmp' bug in the documentation still isn't quite squashed. The section that talks about it lists the correct name, but the wrong name is given in the Color Codes section.
