yes yes yes, it is a tag as such, so it should be visible in the tag editor.

The "Advanced" tab should display all avaliable tag format information such as ID3v1, ID3v2, APE(need plugin). But I wonder how QMP do it when it contain same named fields. For example:
A mp3 file have a "Title" field in ID3v1 format and also have a "Title" field in ID3v2 and APE--how QMP display it??

hmmm thats a good question. I think QMP will probably opt to only display the tag info of the active tagging method (set in Tag Editors in Pref's) for that format.
However I would like to see a method whereby all tagging methods using could be shown in the Advanced tab, perhaps using another set of tabs within the Advanced tab for each tag method.
Paul, you have any answers as to what you will do with the advanced tab and with other technical info like replaygain data and bitrate, channels etc?

The advanced tab will list all fields in the tag, and support editing and adding arbitrary fields. Only the tag format set for the filetype will be read/written by the player.
