Good DSP Plugin

I have got a Laptop running XP Pro with 256RAM and 800mhz Processor. I have some cheap Creative Labs SBS250 Speakers could someone reccomend me a good DSP Plugin to improve the sound of my MP3s while using QCD, Thanks

You might start with one of the free ones to see how you get on with it, then go on to something more sophisticated (and to be paid for) if you feel like it. For example, you can get Enhancer free here:
