hello.
I found Build100 does not display ShiftJIS Japanese text on Tag Editor,
playlist and ML. QMP prints Japense texts as ISO-8859-1 single byte
characters.
I know that ID3Tag string is coded by ISO-8859-1(Latin-1) or UTF-16.
However, it has been doubted up to now whether to have changed the
specification because it was displayed.
