QCD CUE by shaohao does not work on my system (W2000, qcd 4.11) - i have installed it, but i can not see it in Preferences/Plug-ins/General or elsewhere; Can anyone help me?

Hi Shaohao,

Would you please post directions on how to use "QCD Cue", as I cannot get this plugin to work properly. I am not sure if it is me not knowing how to use it properly, or whether there is a problem with the plugin? I installed version 1.53.
