I apply a displacement map (distortion effect) over the image with the help of another image (=filter?). Here (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v405/RMI/Plasmaflame.jpg) it is. I use Paint Shop Pro 9.0.1.

It's really not that difficult. I make a background gradient. Apply the displacement map using the image provided and voila. I know little about photoshop mate. I use Paint Shop Pro and its respective build in tools.

You can increase the canvas size of the pics and fill up the extra space with black. Or just center the wallpaper and make the desktop background black.

I'll fool around with it and see what I can come up with. Perhaps an editing program...like FireStone might allow me to resize it.

Oh shoot you are right! My monitor sucks so i didnt see it at first. I'll fix it!! :)
