Servers time

Not really a website bug but I think the servers clock is 30 minutes slow. It is saying (right now) that it is 05:39AM GMT when it is actually 06:09AM.

Yes lol. I have been looking for a Time Zone setting in my User Control Panel, but couldn't find it. It has been bugging me also.
