Music Browser

I have only had the player for a couple days but in that time the "music browser" has not retrieved any info. When I click on the "more info" bar, the music browser screen opens but says "the page cannot be displayed.....".

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Go to Preferences->Settings and make sure you Internet Settings are correct.

I am having the same problem, and did as the help file suggested. Funny thing is, the browser worked for the first few days, now it's getting the "page cannot be displayed..." message all the time.

I don't think I changed or added anything to my computer or to the player. I am internet-impaired, I use sbc yahoo browser, have sygate firewall, have DSL service, with Internet Explorer 6.0.....does any of this make a difference? I tried both the "I always have an internet connection" tab under my QCD preferences as well as left it at the default ""dial up" setting; I am cluless about proxy servers and port settings.
