Saving QCD.ini

Is there a message that QCD uses internally to cause QCD.ini to get saved out? In other words, is it possible to execute a SendMessage to the player process that would ensure the copy of QCD.ini on disk is up to date (without messing up the preferences window)?

(Just another idea on how I might get access to the name of the skin file... :) )

What you're looking for isn't there. Not being able to get the current skin filename is an oversight. The ability will be included in the next release.
