Anyone know if the latest mpg123 Winamp plugin by Otachi does dithering / soundshaping? It has variable decoding resolution which is why I'm asking.

Presumably if it had those features they would appear in the config, but they don't so I guess it hasn't. The English translation of the plugin web page also makes no mention of these features.
